How To Age Gracefully

Stumbled upon this simple inspirational video about people of all ages giving advice to their former selves.

My favorite line was this:

"Dear 91-year-old,

Don't listen to other peoeples' advice.

Nobody knows what the hell they're doing.

Signed,

a 93-year-old.

Just do your own thing. That's the way I see it."

While it seems that we are always trying to seek advice from other people to become better people, nobody is the same - other people can always provide you a perspective that is different than from your own, but how would anyone else know you better than yourself?
